As much as I have tried to deny the inevitable, Diego is going to be crawling any day now. He already manages to maneuver all over his playmat without truly crawling. Let the babyproofing ensue. I haven't made a post of my own here in a while. KR has done a bang-up job maintaining this page and with Diego on the verge of crawling at will, I'm sure she'll have more blogs to post!

I wanted to post that I recently joined the writers at The "Break It Down" blog where I will contribute technical blogs. This won't be any ground breaking stuff or anything, but simply reviews on gadgets, random interesting tech news, as well as potential tech/gadget related opinions.

My first blog is live now. It's a review of a set of gaming headphones that I recently purchased. I gave it an 8/10. :D

D's new trick and other assorted moments

Thank goodness for.......

Daycare centers with the proper student to teacher ratio. Diego started at the new daycare today. Already he drank 3x what he did at the old one, with no complaints. And he has five other classmates and three teachers. I LOVE IT!

Also for the jumperoo, who knew that getting dinner ready was so much easier when you allowed your child to bungee jump for about 30 minutes!






And last but not least.... my son the ham (guess I already broke that first resolution!). Yes, he actually smiled for the camera of his own accord.

Happy New Year!

New Years Resolutions.... try to refrain from taking so many pictures of my cute son (this definitely is gonna be the one I break ;)) and, if I ever plan on giving Diego a little brother or sister to play with, to loose those last 5lbs (well closer to 7 lbs now since the holidays). Other than that, I plan to roll with the punches, control what I can and accept that that means I won't be controlling much. I think Alier's resolution was to cook dinner more often ;) Works for me!
